Access level and included materials may vary depending on the ticket or package selected (including free registration, VIP, or premium access).
We reserve the right to update, modify, substitute, reschedule, or enhance summit content, speakers, bonuses, and program materials at any time to improve the attendee experience or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Participants may not: reproduce, distribute, resell, share, record, teach, publish any portion of the program without written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action and removal from the program without refund. Please see refund policy here.
5. PERSONAL USE ONLY
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
share login credentials
distribute course materials
provide access to non-paying individuals
Violation may result in termination of access.
6. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
The Your Hot AI Summer VIP All Access Pass community is intended to be a professional, respectful, and supportive space for learning, networking, and meaningful conversation during and after the summit.
By participating, all members agree to contribute positively and respectfully.
Participants may not:
harass, intimidate, threaten, or attack other members
use hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate language
spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products, services, or opportunities without permission
post misleading, offensive, or disruptive content
share, reproduce, or distribute confidential community conversations or member information outside the community without permission
interfere with the experience of other participants or disrupt live sessions, chats, or discussions
We encourage thoughtful participation, collaboration, and respectful engagement.
The AI Edge Network reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, suspend, or restrict access to any participant who violates these guidelines, without warning or refund if applicable, in order to protect the integrity and experience of the community.
7. AI Tools and Automated Systems
The AI Edge Network may include artificial intelligence tools designed to provide educational insights, suggestions, and guidance. These tools are intended for informational purposes only. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Participants are responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
8. NO GUARANTEES
The AI Edge Network provides education, tools, and strategies, but results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
We do not guarantee:
business success
financial results
health outcomes
performance outcomes
All decisions made based on program content are the responsibility of the participant.
9. TECHNOLOGY AND AI TOOLS
The program may include AI-powered tools or software features.
The AI Edge Network does not guarantee:
uninterrupted availability
specific AI outputs
compatibility with all devices
AI responses are informational and educational only.
10. PAYMENT TERMS
By upgrading to VIP or VIP All Access Pass The AI Edge Network, you agree to:
pay the full program fee
honor any payment plan selected
keep payment information accurate
Failure to complete payments may result in:
suspension of access
removal from the program
11. PROGRAM ACCESS
Participants receive access for the period described at the time of purchase.
After the access period expires, continued access may require:
renewal
subscription
membership fee
Digital Product Delivery and Access
The AI Edge Summit Series is a virtual summit that provides immediate access to proprietary educational materials, tools, and community resources upon enrollment. If upgraded to VIP or VIP all access pass, since access to digital content is granted immediately after purchase, the program is considered delivered once access credentials are provided or the participant logs into the platform.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
You will receive access to digital materials, tools, or community features shortly after enrollment.
Digital products cannot be returned once access has been granted.
Accessing or downloading any portion of the program constitutes full delivery of the product.
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing by The AI Edge Network.
Revocation of Access
The AI Edge Network. reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to program or community if a participant:
violates the Terms and Conditions
engages in unauthorized sharing of materials
initiates fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks
disrupts the community environment
Revocation of access does not relieve the participant of payment obligations associated with the program.
Account Responsibility
Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account access. Sharing accounts or providing unauthorized access to program materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

Termination may occur without refund.

indirect damages
lost profits
business interruption
technical issues
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
